This cancellation was unfortunately misplaced The consumer's warranty has been cancelled and he will be reimbursed in full He has notified us that he will withdraw the complaint when funds hit his account

I am rejecting this response because:First, Isn't Rich three emails and called him, after learning the air conditioning did not work, he NEVER replied As of receiving this e-mail from the Revdex.com no one from World Subaru had replied, however, I did receive one e-mail from Darryll asking me to contact him I have since left him a voice message and an email, I am waiting for his return call.Second, this reply mentions the ascetics of the car, it is not about the looks of the vehicle, although will look better when the door panels are fixed This complaint is about being lied to by the sales person, and about purchasing a vehicle that I was told had been checked over by mechanics and was in excellent working conditionI specifically asked about the air conditioning and was told it worked This complaint is about honesty in business practices, respect for your customers, and being held accountableIf you tell a customer the air conditioning works, it should work

While the vehicle has been in for service a few times* *** *** was provided with transportation at no charge and the vehicle repaired at no charge as well. I personally inspected the car today there are no lights on, it shifts into and out of park and reverse correctly, and the gas tank
is not loose. We have offered a refund of the purchase price on trade ($12,155), but due to a variety of factors there has not been a vehicle that works. I am happy to extend that courtesy again if we can choose a vehicle that meets his needs, but at no point was he taken advantage of or without transportation

I know with certainty that Ms*** was recently contacted by our service department after speaking with Rich, her sales consultant. We will reach out again today and make every effort to rectify the situation. While we can't, cosmetically, make a model year vehicle new, we will
work together to make sure everyone is satisfied

My apologies if a second key was offered, it will most certainly be honoredThere were never fees discussed in "returning" the vehicle. There was negative equity from the lease that the consumer was aware of, as well as taxes and registration fees paid. The vehicle has a value and a payoffwe simply subtract one from the other (in a way that was more than fair) to arrive at a figure. I'm happy to re-visit this myself in person, but going through a third party when the dealership didn't do anything wrong doesn't seem the best avenue

has, but returning a vehicle isn't an option.  The client knew the vehicle had one key at delivery.  If there are issues with the rotors, they will most certainly be addressed.  [redacted] had a trade, with a payoff, and he purchased a vehicle.  We will do our best to rectify his concern(s), but stating that he could return the vehicle is simply untrue.
