OWNER OF H&H PAVER SYSTEMS INC, INSTALLED A WALKWAY MADE WITH PAVERS IN MY YARD IN SEPTEMBER 2015. THE COST, PAID TO HIS NAME PERSONALLY, WAS $1850.00. ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF LATER THE PAVERS BECAME LOOSE AND THE SUSTAINING SMALL STRIP OF CONCRETE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO SUPPORT THE PAVERS FROM MOVING, WASHED AWAY IN SOME PLACES AND IS BROKEN AT ABOUT EVERY FOOT OR SO AND WILL CONTINUE TO BREAK MAKING THE PAVERS SLIDE AWAY. I HAVE ASKED *** SEVERAL TIMES THIS MONTH, JULY 2019, TO COME AND EVALUATE THE PROBLEM AND REPAIR IT. HE ACTED INSULTED AND REFUSES TO AT LEAST EVALUATE THE SITUATION. I EVEN SAID I WOULD PAY HIM TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM! I EMAILED TO MR. A FEW OF THE PHOTOS OF THE PROBLEM. I DO HAVE PHOTOS I CAN SUPPLY, IF NECESSARY, TO SHOW THE DAMAGE. I EXPECTED HIM TO AT LEAST MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE IF HE WISHES TO STAY IN BUSINESS. (WHEN THE PROBLEM WITH THE PAVERS STARTED, MY HUSBAND WAS DYING OF CANCER AND I WAS CARING FOR HIM AT HOME 24/7 AND WAS EXHAUSTED. MY HUSBAND DIED DEC. 21, 2017.THAT IS THE REASON I DID NOT ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM SOONER. AFTER CHRISTOPHER DIED I BECAME VERY ILL AND AM JUST, IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS, ABLE TO COPE WITH HOME MAINTENANCE.)

This is a response to a letter I received regarding *** complaint against my company.
A paver walkway was installed for her several years ago (2015) properly and fairly (her daughter is a friend of mine). I received a call regarding the walkway was settling or shifting and ask could we come look at and fix. I responded that I would get by and take a look as soon as possible, hopefully in the next week or so. I was not able to get by the next week and received a email from her that was to say the least out of line. Knowing her daughter was a friend of mine I reached out to her to discuss to see why mom is so upset. She made mention of a death. etc and ask me to forgive her comments and see if I could help.
Told her in the next week or so I would stop and take a look - and that this is not common fora walkway to fail unless other circumstances caused it. At that time I also explained that since this was out of warranty there would be a charge - she agreed.
We did not a have scheduled appointment just stop by when you can.. With in the next 7-8 days I received a letter from the Revdex.com - I reached out to *** and ask her why the complaint.
She stated "I thought it would wake you up". Well it did, and I stated to her that I would not be interested in doing anymore work for her.
H&H Paver Systems is a successful and prideful company from Jacksonville. I am sorry she is upset but is far out of bounds on this complaint. My reputation in Jacksonville stands on its own.
