I am rejecting this response because: Fixing the front facia supporting the South West corner of the house was discussed and included in the cost of roofing!!!! The gutters only were listed as a separate cost on the sheet I was givenAll monies have been paid for overlaying the roofing and fixing the front faciaI am still awaiting the contractor to lay a missing piece of roofing above the rear door to the house, and am awaiting correction to facia supports that look shabby, even after the same installer failed on the second tryI asked *** to send someone else because the same technician doesn't seem to know how to correct the problem, and *** doesn't inspect job*** ***
