I took a small advertising banner in as a template for a larger sign When I received the larger banner the small banner was not with it My secretary called and they said they had the small banner My secretary then called a few days later and told them she was coming to pick it up At that time they said they did not have it as I had told them to destroy it when I originally placed the order--which I did not The small banner was very nice and they used it as the template of the larger banner When I personally complained about this and asked that the small banner be replaced their employee stated she would talk to the manager She then reported she had talked to the manager and that H&H was not going to replace the banner or make any other compensation The value of the small banner is not the issue--it is the honesty of the business and/or their employee
