I ordered a sofa online from this company in November I emailed in some questions which were never responded toAs a result of poor customer service, I ended up cancelling my order prior to shipment, and was promised a refund within 5-days My refund was never received and my credit card company is investigating this companyI have tried contacting the business numerous times with no replyMost recently when I e-mailed them, the e-mail bounced back saying the e-mail address was invalidIf you call, you get a 1980's pre-recorded voicemail that does not identify the business at all, and no one calls you back Stay away from this company It is now February *** and I still have not received my refund

Our company ordered a sofa in the summertime, and we were told that the sofa (backordered) could be delivered in mid-SeptemberCome October, I tried to followup via email, phone, ***, and *** but could get no replyWe had been charged for the sofa at the time we ordered (~$2k worth) and have not received the product yet

Urban Living could resolve this case by honoring their website advertising and shipping the purchased lamp It was only after I inquired as to the status of my lamp shipment that they responded that they would not ship it to me after all, because, as they stated, it will cost them too much to ship(I ordered this with a Free Shipping on their website)They did (not at my request) refund my money, however, I still think they should honor the purchaseThey could easily resolve this by contacting me, getting my credit card info again, and then shipping the itemHowever, they refuseI want other buyers to beware that they have advertising and do not honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee as stated on their website
