This is absolutely the worst company to due business with. Get ready to pay up for crap work and horrible customer service. They will not stand behind their work and will give you excuses one after another. Six months later and still will not fix the issues with my fence. Two other fence companies warned me about Condor but my stupidity still went with them due to the cheap estimate. NOW I know why it was cheap. This is your warning. If you like absolute horrible customer service and crappy work then this is the company for you.

I hired Condor Fence on Jan. 16th, 2016 and paid a $6,000 up front deposit on a $10,800 job. I was to get a approx.. 225' 6' board on board cedar fence with #1 grade cedar pickets, pre dip stained with one gate. There were to be 4' #1 grade cedar pickets on the backside 2" apart with boxed-in poles. Due to HOA issues work finally started in late March
Let me say this...if your looking for a fence company to install a new fence per your instructions as you requested in writing in the contract, DO NOT hire this company! RUN AWAY! If you want it built their way, on their schedule with their idea of #1 cedar, go for it!
Once they started and tore down the old fence, I was told that the wood they ordered two weeks prior for my fence got sold by their supplier to someone else. I had to wait several days with no fence while they scrounged around for additional cedar pickets. How could that happen? When they did locate additional cedar pickets, they were NOT #! cedar pickets and the stain was a much darker stain. I was told that was acceptable. I disagreed with the owner Shaun. One day he called me yelling, cursing and screaming at me and threating me that they had been there too long and had lost money on the job and he wanted to get paid the remaining balance today or he was going to have his lawyer sue me. I was trying to explain to him that the gaps between the boards on the reverse side were randomly spaced anywhere from 1/2' to 3 1/2/ inches, not the 2" I had requested. He screamed at me and said that he didn't care, that he builds $4 million dollars of fences a year and he builds them his way and I should be happy! he wanted to get paid now or his lawyer would sue me. I hung up on him.
There was never a foreman onsite to supervise the 4 Hispanic contracted workers how my fence would be built. If I had not been there every hour for a10 days to supervise this in person, we would be in court right now! There were many issues on the step down levels, the wood type, the spacing, stain type etc. This whole job was a nightmare for me at I had to be there every day to make sure that it was done correctly. Some days they were to be out, they simply never showed up.
I still am NOT happy with the fence due to their poor workmanship and two different woods.. I now have two different types of Cedar pickets, #1 grade on the first half and #2 grade with a darker stain on the other half. I will hire another fence company to rectify this.
After Shaun's angry and rude comments, It got to the point that I wanted them done and gone and off my property ASAP! I had to replace three sprinkler heads, electrical outlet covers and I even had to go buy a new pneumatic nail gun and nails at Lowes for them to use so that they had the proper nails to install the pole enclosures with. It was NOT so much the 4 contracted workers problem as it was the lack of proper management and oversight. Shaun the owner lied to me and was very rude and threatening and I would NEVER recommend Condor Fence to anyone!
