I had two rings that I needed repairs, one was a yellow gold wedding ring that needed to be resized from a to an 8, the other was a European cut diamond ring with a broken band that came from my late GrandmotherThey were so kind to spend all day with me! They let me try on engagement rings just to play, you can tell that they really do take pride in their quality product, and then consulted with me as to the repairsIt was brought to my attention that the wedding band actually had loose diamonds! They really went above and beyond through the entire process with consulting, and their quality workMy rings looked new when I went to pick them up! They also are very budget friendly, especially for the qualityMrA [redacted] runs a fine establishment, and they are my go to jeweler! I just could not thank them enough for the work that they did, especially on my Grandmother's ring

I brought my wedding rings to Malak Jewelers for a much needed cleaning and tightening of stonesAfter having a terrible experience at another jeweler (where the sales person told me that I would have to leave my rings for repair, telling me it would be very expensive but refusing to tell me exactly how much it would cost), I took a chance on Malak because of their good reviewsMy experience there was absolutely wonderfulThe entire process of cleaning my rings and tightening most of the stones took less than minutes and was extremely affordablexxxxx was very helpful and honest about what my rings needed, and we did discuss rhodium plating but he wasn't pushy like at other jewelersI was surprised at how helpful and nice all of the staff were (and this given the fact that I was in gym clothes and a bit disheveled, which let's be honest, is when retailers aren't always so nice to you)But I felt completely comfortable and taken care of at MalakThe customer service was great and I'm looking forward to going back for future purchases and care of my rings

When I was a kid, I wandered into a little place called Malak Jewelers around Christmas time and picked out a set of pearl earrings for my mom without realizing just how expensive they were. I was so embarrassed when the kind salesman told me just how much they were worth, realizing that I had a budget less than half of that. Catching on very quickly, the salesman went to speak quietly with a man in the corner as I stood nervously, wondering what was happening. When the salesman came back, he told me that he had spoken to the owner and that Mr. xxxxx was happy to let me have the earrings for exactly my budget simply because it was Christmas. I was so excited to go home and wrap my mom's present that I didn't even think to introduce myself and thank Mr. xxxxx properly before I left. When my mom saw those stunning pearl earrings on Christmas morning, she cried.

My mom cherishes her pearl earrings to this day and I cherish the memory of my first "big" purchase at Malak Jewelers. Over a decade later, even though I was living in England, I knew I wanted to go back to see Mr. xxxxx to pick out my engagement ring with my fiancé. It was quite a shock seeing the store as is. I had a great experience with a local jeweler today and wanted to share... The fine staff at Malak Jewelers are first-class. My husband purchased some earrings in 2009 followed by my engagement ring in 2010 at Malak and we have been doing business with them ever since. They have a great selection and GREAT prices. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Toay, I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for but I showed Sam several styles of jewelry I was interested in and he led me right to a beautiful & timeless diamond pendant necklace. I have had jewelry appraised, repaired and just adore each of the pieces I have acquired from Malak Jewelers. They make you feel right at home when you visit their location. Very professional, sincere and one of my favorite places to swing by when I have free time. Malak always has new things coming in- like in their estate collection. I don't usually do reviews, but this is one place that is worth sharing with others how wonderful my experiences have been, time after time. Highly recommend
