twelve days after purchase. Secondly, she contacted Frank Ram Auto Sales and spoke with [redacted] on the day she claimed her car experienced problems. He asked her to bring the car to Frank Ram Auto Sales so that they could inspect it and she refused, stating she would take it to a mechanic of her choice so it could be fixed more quickly. In good faith, we let her drive a 2004 Chevrolet Classic for a few days until the Pontiac Sunfire was fixed. However, she later called us and said the car would take longer to repair and would have to use the loaner until then. Not during any time while driving the Classic did she mention it was unsafe or we would've immediately taken action. Upon inspection of the car after her use, it appears to perform without fault. Ultimately, the car was purchased 'AS-IS', as all cars at Frank Ram Auto Sales are sold. In response to her desired settlement, we feel that we have went beyond the duty of a used car lot selling a vehicle 'AS-IS'. Moreover, she has yet to provide proof of where or whom had repaired the car. It exists the possibility that she is using this complaint as a reason to avoid or delay payment, as the last payment received from her was for $40.00 on June 13, 2015, instead of the agreed upon amount of $50.00 weekly.
