Response:Each member is given a copy of their agreement via email where they can review all information and cancel without penalty for any reasonSince what this member says cannot be verified, we will cancel her agreement immediately with fee

Response:This members credit card became invalid and we were not able to charge for monthly duesHe was called daily and sent late letters which are all documented by the billing company we useHe let his account go into defaultWe did try to reach out to him but to no availIt is in the hands
of the collections agency and he needs to settle his account
