The product I saw was not what was delivered and the price of $was what I was quoted I have had several products delivered by this company in the past so was very surprised by the product and the over charge I was also very surprised by the rudeness of the manager and then the owner I was asked if I knew the difference between dirt and bark dust I will never again not get a written bid/price prior to giving out my bank information

H&H is never consistent in charging per load of debrisEach time I go to dump debris they measure my truck bed and price continues to go upweeks ago used my f6ft bed truck to dump debris-6$, next week I use my little nissan truck-they charge 10$Each time in little truck to dump load they increase fee by a few dollarsNo exact system to charge dumping feeDepends on who measures truck bed and who adds up inches to chargeI go in office to explain what is happening down at fee booth, management doesn't care nor attempt to explain why fee is inconsistent or attempt to accommodate and solve the issueWon't go back again.I would give no stars if I could

It is unfortunate anytime we have an unhappy customer. We generally can satisfy all of our customer complaints internally. However, there were several circumstances in this situation that led us to decide that our company and employees acted...

professionally and were not at fault.
 
1)               The customer came to our facility and saw the product they ordered. What the customer saw is what was delivered. It is one of our most popular products.
 
2)               The customer signed for the product the day it was delivered.
 
3)               Our employee states there was no different price quoted than what was charged to the Customer's credit card.
