I was hired by the person selling the home (not the person who is filing this complaint)I was asked to service the existing year old hvac unit by the original homeownerI did this as requested and submitted the paperwork for the seller to include in the closing documentationPer the real
estate agent handling the transaction, the complainant accepted the HVAC as is, and they purchased a home warranty at the closingTheir claim should be with the home warranty company, not me

The paperwork that was submitted was not complete and was missing detailsWhen we contacted this company, he admitted he had additional paperwork that he would send (after months of trying to get in contact)He then told me he did not actually service the units and that he was unable to find the paperwork I was requesting and he would have to look for itAfter several days, he told me he was refusing to send the paperwork and had no obligation to help me
