I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There is more wrong with this vehicle as I stated I would like my money back there's a knocking coming from the engine there's grinding in it I hung up on you because I was trying to explain why it was a inconvenience to me and you simply was telling over me not hearing why it was a inconvenience to me it doesn't matter if the shop was across the street from me the matter is you have to go in my time frame I have a terminally ill child that I do not have nursing for but you were too busy screaming over me and simply said you don't have to fix it the van is a piece of junk with many other issues other then the sensor it's simply a piece of junk Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com spoke to Jay at business and the following was relayed: The customer did call the night she purchased the car because the engine light had come onI went to her house and checked it, it is an osensorI told her I would take care of it, that she could bring it in and I would replaceShe said
this was an inconvenienceI arranged for her to bring it to a mechanic that was only miles from herShe stated this was also an inconvenience and then hung up on meI am willing to replace the sensor for her but she has to bring it in for me to do so
