I am responding to complaint # [redacted] Mr [redacted] received an inspection sticker at our shop earlier this monthHe left our business to return a short time later insisting that his bumper was scratched and that we had “ backed into somebody “ This damage did not occur at our business Mr [redacted] arrived agitated but became very verbally abusive to our staff when he was told that nothing happened to his car on our premises In fact, WE called the police An officer arrived and found Mr [redacted] to have an expired license and he was told to leave our property In the presence of the police officer we took photos of the alleged “ damage “ Our inspector is a licensed professional Our bay for inspection is wide open with nothing obstructing access or exitWe are a new business and trying very hard to provide honest dependable serviceMr [redacted] ’s description of events is backwards I hope that this response helps We are proud of the work we do here and we want our customers to know that they can trust usThank you
