Review: Heating & air conditioning services .. Company Name: [redacted] ph# [redacted] The company left a flyer on my door saying Free Air Conditioning System & service tune , So I called for a apt got it set up for 6/20/16 at 4:30 pm , I even called the same day around 8am to confirm the apt and to make sure that it was a free service to me , they just wanted to See me [redacted] bill to get paid , because this was a program was apparently funded thru the [redacted] , the guy was nice and YES its all paid for NO worries . So I took the time off work to get there for the app. and then at 4:15 pm I got a call saying they could not make the apt because it was just to busy, I do understand so I called the next day to set up a another apt the Gal just kept giving me the run around and said she would call me back 3 days went bye and never got a call back . 4th day I called and asked why NO call back ... reply was WE NO longer offer the Service .. and they hung up the phone , they left this flyer all over the area and now they don't want to comply with what they said , I ask of you to please look into this company as I called [redacted] and they told me that they don't pay for any kind of services of this sought . I would like a response as to what the out come will be . Thanks againDesired Settlement: they need to come and complete the apt
