We are willing to work with all of our customersThe job that was done for the insects was done within the guide linesWe are sorry the customer is not happy but we don't just take customers money and not do proper jobSome accounts are more difficult to resolve then othersI believe we can work this outTell us why here

We as a company are well trained and very customer service orientedThe product we used drain gel does not clog drains and cause a plumbing issueEven though we did the proper treatment and are a upstanding company we are willing to refund half of the money paid for the treatmentI believe this a fair settlementTell us why here

I am rejecting this response because:
It did clog my drains they were working just fine until he poured that junk down them I want the full amount back because I still have them flying around every thing you gave me didn't work it's like there pulling at straws trying to come up with things that work I demand a full refund and you can come take all your junk back it doesn't work anyway I'll leave it outside in a box just tell me when your coming to get it, it will be there waiting for you maybe some other sucker will buy it from youI'm not paying for junk that doesn't work if it worked that would be a whole other story So once again your junk will be out in a box on the porch let me know when your coming to get it and I'll get the full refund then from the picker upper of the box I'm so mad I wasted my money on your company never again and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know what a problem company this company is and I have lots of friends who take my suggestions and pass them on to their friends

I am rejecting this response because:You guys didn't do anything it was a waste of my $dollars you ended up costing much more in plumbing because you clogged all my drains with your blue junk that didn't even work and those fly paper strips didn't work not fly was attracted to it and they didn't even stick to my windows then you gave me fruit fly traps again nothing why they want to waste my time is beyond me just admit you can't fix the problem and your out of soultions and your pulling things out of thin air at this point and yes I'm un happy you would be too if you kept getting the run around the owner could care less about his customers I called several times and no has the common decency to call me back just get the run around and then nothing refund my money it's really not that hard considering nothing you do or give me works why should I pay for a job that isn't done or done right you know you wouldn't and you would demand a refund it's $dollars for nothing how is that even fair or right maybe if I didn't have all these problems and it actually worked that would be a whole other story so once again send me a check with my money and I'll move on to a company who can figure out how to remove them and not be a poor excuse for a business and the only way to reach someone who works at the head of this business is though here other wise your ignored and laughed at I'll be waiting for my money in the mail $so I can move on

I am rejecting this response because:The content explained was already discussedThe driver did have two ways to come into the property but both were sufficient for the big truck as I had big machines come in beforeIt wasn't due to soil content but because he tried to drive up my hill at an angle instead of straight on like I advisedHe also said he would layout the rock without driving over it otherwise I would have just had him dump it in a pileHe drove over the pad multiple times cause it to be non existent in the middleI need at least another quarter load to finish the pad and then another quarter load to do the greenhouse pad that I didn't get to because I had to fill in a ditchThis has delayed my project and other hired workers multiple weeks.

Our company offers to have customer's loads truck spread, at no additional charge. It's an extra service that is provided, to help make it easier for the customer to work with the material. We typically allow minutes for the load to be emptied, whether the load is to be spread, or
placed in multiple locations. Driver does his best to accommodate the customers' requests, given job site conditions. On this specific delivery, driver was at the job location for over an hour, from 1:to 2:55. We did not charge any overtime. Customer did email and send videos showing the driver's spread job. Looking at the existing ground conditions shown in the video, the driver did spread the load as best to be expected. The top surface of the ground is thick soil. When the dump truck drives over the thick soil, these "ditches" occur, due to the weight of the truck. A car might not create these "ditches", however, the truck weighs about tons, when loaded, much heavier than a vehicle. Customer stated that a quarter of the load (tons of material) needed to be used to fix the "ditches". Customer stated that more material was needed, and wanted to order a full load of tons. Offer was made, to deliver a ton load, but discount the price by tons, since this was the amount stated by customer that needed to be used from the first load. When speaking with the driver, he stated that the "ditches" made could have been avoided by accessing the property in a different manner, where he would be able to stay on solid ground, versus soil, however, there were items in the way preventing that alternate access option. We best tried to explain the reason for why these "ditches" occurred. Recommended customer bring in a small machine to place the material, instead of having truck spread, to avoid any further "ditches" being made
