Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] 's response is lameFirst, he didn't address the fact that work was done sub parI hired additional workers to complete the job and correct the deficienciesI want Mr [redacted] to pay his workers for work that was done under his employI am being threatened with a lien on my property because he did not pay the employees that he hired off of CraigslistI'd like a refund of $so I can pay the two workers that he owes money tooHe knows who these workers are as wellThere are others that he owes money too as wellThey have left about negative posts about him on Craigslist warning other subs to not work with this contractorHe is unethical and dishonest Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The owner of this business was not honest with me. I didn't cancel the job. He told me he
bought all the material required for the job and gave it to his employee. His employee told me he didn't have the material. I asked *** for a receipt and he didn't provide me a time or place to get that receipt. I gave him $cash with no receipt. I didn't get all material and not $worth of labor. I told him I wanted my money back for the material I didn't get and the labor I didn't get. Then he wrote me a text and said since I cancelled the job for no reason he is not refunding any of my money.

She's ah nut case.she cancelled for no reason.after all the driving.gathering material and work done.NO refunds

I have given these folks every opportunity to have me come back over there my daughter want up getting real sick so I had about a month maybe a little less where I couldn't really do anything then they had family coming over then their schedules prevented it then they wouldn't leave the door
unlocked as they had previously I've talked with him I've told them several times yes I will come back and finish the job they have absolutely refused and I am not going to chase them anymore they're not getting a dime out of me but I will go finish the job if you don't have time for a contractor to come and do the work and then expect them to work after 4: every day or on a Sunday Bottom line is if you want something done schedule the contractor during business hours we have lives too

While we tried to be understanding about his personal situation, he still refused to provide the receipts, photos, and mold remediation documentation we have repeatedly requested, per the documentation attached. At this time our relationship with him is acrimonious and we lack the confidence that he will a) show up to work and b) do a good job for us. We request a refund in the amount of $1970. He was paid for work he did not perform and he has failed to provide documentation for supplies and permits he claims to have obtained. We prefer to work this out between us rather than in small claims court

Well I'm sorry they feel that way but like I had stated yesterday I gave them every opportunity to call me to go back and fix it after my daughter got out of Hospital they will not get a refund I will be more than happy to go finish it there's not much left to do but I will retain all information and pictures until they decide to let me come and finish the work

I told this nut case we would finish a thousand times..and we will this week

I am being threatened with a lien on my property because he did not pay the employees that he hired off of Craigslist. I'd like a refund of $720 so I can pay the two workers that he owes money too. He knows who these workers are as well. There are others that he owes money too as well. They have left about 12 negative posts about him on Craigslist warning other subs to not work with this contractor. He is unethical and dishonest.
