bags , everything is weighted and sent out with any customer specifications. The client claims this was all designer clothes , but in our years of experience any designer clothes must be dry cleaned. Washing and drying designer clothes runs the risk of the color running or shrinking. I don't understand why would someone send such expensive clothes to be washed and dried as regular laundry. When she called for the laundry to be delivered, she called and said that wasn't her laundry. So immediately we took down all the information , and we began to take the required steps to track her missing laundry. I explained that she needed to give me a few days to track any missing laundries and to resolve this matter. I took all the necessary steps to look for her laundry but no other bags showed up. It was very strange because if she had someone else's laundry , then that meant someone had her laundry and was also missing their stuff. However nobody claimed to have the wrong bag. The laundromat was also aware and they were looking around to try and find any clothes that didn't belong to them.I called her to explain this and to tell her that she needed to bring back the clothes that she claimed wasn't hers. She said that she had given the clothes to charity , and that she didn't have the clothing in her possession anymore. She was very rude and non cooperative. I explained to her that what she had done was wrong and careless. I couldn't resolve anything without the clothing. If it wasn't her clothes she had no right to just take it upon herself to give away clothes that didn't belong to her. Several wee ks later she came to the store and I allowed her to look at the unclaimed laundries I had . But she claimed that none of those laundries were hers. It is very difficult to track any laundries if I don't have the clothes I sent to her. I find it very hard to believe that We would send her the wrong laundry. The bag I sent to her was exactly 8pounds and it had her name and her tag.I am willing to reimburse the money she paid for the cleaning, and also I am willing to give her a compensation of 2 times the amount she paid, for a total of $90.00
