H & M Clothing - Arbor Place Mall

I bought a blazer at H&M Clothing Store at Arbor Place Mall, XXXXX location in Douglasville, GAAlthough the transaction was approved my receipt didn't printThe cashier informed the manager that the receipt didn't print but the transaction was approvedThe manager then went to the back for about min and returned saying they don't have a record of the transaction and could not release the merchandiseI checked my bank of america app and it showed a debt from H&M for the desired amountI also called my bank while still at the register and the agent confirmed that the funds had been debited and the transaction went though but still was refused my merchandiseThe manager said there was nothing she could do and the transaction might "fall off" the next business dayIt hasn't
