supervisor that have not only reached out to [redacted], but have also talked to Mrs [redacted] over the last month. The main issue we have going on is that her project is weather sensitive and we just went through the 2nd rainiest June in recorded history. My solution is once the yard drys out we can perform the work. I just ask that she is a little more patient with us we cant control the weather, but are resolved to complete her project once the weather clears up and we can catch up.

Once again I apologize for the Mrs. communication, but I suggest Mrs. [redacted] talk to her husband because I have a signed proposal from him that details out the different items that are going to be addressed including individual pricing for each. I have no intension of giving back her deposit. She is in breach the contract not me.

Mr [redacted] leaves out some details that I think are pretty important. The work that was done needs to be maintained by the customer after installation. This maintenance includes watering and fertilization. The area of the lawn that are in the shade and staid wet grew in just fine. It is only the...

areas of the lawn that is in the direct sun that came in patchy. I also told Mr [redacted] that per the payment terms he had a past due balance and before we would address any additional work the balance needed to be paid. Mr [redacted] wanted us to follow the agreement signed and do warranty work but did not want to pay the balance owed. As I told [redacted] you can't pick and choose the items on the agreement that's best suite you and leave out the clause that is in BOLD writing that says ALL warranties or quarantines are void if the payment terms are not followed. As far as the gutter goes. I spoke to [redacted] today and explained to him if in fact we did hit his gutter and the damage was caused by us we would take care of the costs to fix the gutter. The issue is [redacted] has had other construction equipment and other contractors on the property and my staff has said they didn't hit the gutter,
