H. M. Miller Construction Co, is in receipt of the...
complaint you filed with Dominion East Ohio Gas (Attached). H. M. Miller is not in agreement with your complaint for the following reasons:
1) The signed Storage Agreement (Attached) states that payment is $300,00 per month. H. M. Miller started use of the lot on March 23, 2015 and equipment was off the lot on April 30, 2015. You were paid $600.00 (Attached) for 2 months' rent.
2) The site was pre-videoed before use of the lot and the Agreement states to restore to existing condition. The lot has been restored to existing condition.
H. M. Miller has completed its obligation per the signed Agreement with no further action.

Dear Mr. & Mrs, [redacted],
In regards to your recent claim with Dominion East Ohio Gas, thank you for sending the photo of the area which is holding water. I have reviewed the site and after further investigation with our subcontractor, I have determined that the location has not been fully restored due to access being denied. Unfortunately, you were not satisfied with the entire situation. I respect that and in order to resolve this situation, H. M. Miller Construction Co. would like to offer you $1,000.00 to settle this dispute and close this claim. Please advise, in writing, if this is acceptable. If this is not acceptable, our subcontractor will need to be granted access to the area in order to fill in the depression which, in turn, will close this claim.
