To whom it may concern:Immediately after receiving this complaint, we reviewed the details. Although we did not do anything wrong, and were justified in charging the amount in question, we believe that the damage to our reputation would have been far more costly than the refund that the
customer was requesting.Therefore, we contacted the customer, and, in the interest of good customer service, we issued refund check number *** in the amount of $on 5/14/2015.I would greatly appreciate it if the Revdex.com could acknowledge my response to this complaint and mark the matter closed.Thank you,*** ***Coppola Services, Inc

M K Roofing does not stand behind their work Promises are made to get your business, but once the job is complete by their standards, they don't come back
We had two houses roofed before we had issues with this company
The first house he promised that all rotten soffits would be replaced, but he won't come out to inspectToo busyWouldn't answer calls, etc Flashing wasn't replaced around fireplace and skylight
Claimed I was leaving messages with a mean toneThat is a lie!! I have been nothing but nice, but frustrated because he would not respondI spoke to his wife and his office assistant several times and they relayed the message to him but he still didn't call
My mother's house, the company put a metal roof on and he hasn't been back to inspect itI had another roofer come out and inspect and he did come up with a list of things the roofer should have done to complete the jobI was always told he was too busy!!
He shared with me when he was doing my mother's house that he had two unhappy customers that wouldn't pay up because they weren't satisfied with the jobNow I see why!! He collected from my mother the day the roofers completed (in their eyes) the jobThat is taking advantage of the elderly! The company at that time was too busy with another job in town that was paying a lot more than an individual roofing jobI'm extremely unhappy with the owner and how he handled the situation and to blame others so he felt better about himself to have to not fulfill his promises!!
