Review: H & M Services installed carpet in 4 bedrooms, a foyer, and stairs improperly. The owner was aware that the job was not done correctly. I had a carpet repair person review the install job after it was complete and he said he could not repair the carpet it would have to be removed and new carpet installed. I contacted the owner to inform him of the results. He then stated he would refund all monies paid. I have only received the last payment paid of $800.00 which leaves a balance of $975.00 still let to be refunded. Each time I attempt to get this resolved he tells me that the money was returned to my credit card, however, each day I check it has not been refunded. I need to have this money refunded so that I can have another vendor install the carpet. Please help me to resolve this issue.
