When MrsC*** called in to our office to set up the site inspection for her property it was because she had leaching at the end of the septic field linesWhen we do a site inspection we charge a fee Unfortunately do to the high demand for site inspections we are unable to do free
estimatesWhen we do a site inspection we do not do any digging The technician takes assessment of the property and the septic system to determine what can be done in terms of a repairIn this particular case MrsC*** had informed the office that she had already had another septic company to the siteThat company had already dug open the tank and pumped it and told her that the run back in from the field side was heavy, that the lines were leaching on top of ground and that a repair was needed There would be no reason for us to dig open the septic tank if the problem was leaching field lines, which in fact it isThe technician did however do an entire layout drawing of what they have existing for a septic, as well as a drawing of what could be done for a repairAs you can see in the layouts attached size, length, depth, saturation were all notedQuotes for said repair and options were emailed to herWe received the copy of the invoice from her today 7/28/post marked 7/24/***) stating that she was not going to pay and would turn it over to both the Revdex.com and states attorney if we did not delete the invoiceWe were not even given an opportunity to speak with her regarding this because she posted the complaint on 7/25/before we even received the letterWe strive very hard to make sure all of our customers know the cost up front to avoid these types of issuesThe complaint is that we did not even to an inspection when we clearly did, we apologize for any misunderstanding, however we were not even given the opportunity to resolve this with the customer before they posted the complaintPlease let us know what further steps we need to take to clear this up.Thank you
