I called merchant to inquire about the bathroom pivot door, custom sized 39' by 72'. As I was giving more information to merchant and asking for a price range, he flipped out and accusing me for being a troll/spam. He said that his products are all customized, which I never negated. I explained respectfully that I am just a resident who purchased a property and wanted to make renovations. He called me bad names, and even referred me as stupid. I opted to hang up on him as I see he is no longer in his right mind. That night seller was so unprofessional that he opted to send me private messages ridiculing me more. I told him to stop disrespecting women and worse, he even gave me grave threats in residing in the Island. I hope future clients see this type of behavior. At the end of the day, I am just a consumer, and like any other, deserve respect.
Be careful when conducting business with this individual. After [redacted] took my deposit, he never delivered on the Glass work. He even went as far as to try to defraud my credit card company twice by claiming that he did complete the work when in fact he did not. I ended up using the people of [redacted] and they were awesome! I will not allow this person to defraud any more Hawaii residents.
