My complaint is When I was playing the sweepstakes Gamesa I hit a bonus and the [redacted] computer system went out they contacted the manager. The mnager did not address the issue they only have me a ten dollar credit I was not pleased and ask the manager to contact me in which she didnt I played the ten dollar credit because I could not get the money off and I hit a bonus again and the computer system did the exact same thing again I waited for the manager to contact me in which she never did so I went up there and demanded to speaking with the mnager she was rude didnt reslove the issue When I ask to speaking with the owner I was not given that Right or even a name and was told I was no longer welcome their I really believe that this company is scaming people out of their money I have been talking to people and this is not the first time even surrounding businesses have heard people complain about this companyDesired SettlementI want the business investigated and if any a refund because she should be a paperwork trail.
