I am rejecting this response because: The car is not able to pass a NY inspection and it has 139,000 miles not 150,000 miles.  I am unable to pass a NY inspection due to the fact the car needs new brake drums, disc and brakes.  I am aware that the brake pads are my responsibility and are normal wear and tear but not the brake drums/discs.  The car is only 5 days old from the date of purchase.  I am also installing 2 lug nuts that were absent on my wheels because they were missing from one front tire and well as one back tire.  I am aware that they told me to bring in the car but they were going to charge me the same amount as my mechanic if they were to honor the fact that the breaks did need to be repaired I would have brought the car back to them under the pretense it would have been covered under warranty. Once again I am unable to pass a NY inspection because the brakes are not working under code.

April 20th, 2016This New York State customer called to on 4/19/2016, and told us that the private mechanicshop where they trying to get inspection done, is RECOMMENDING  them to service all the brakes on the car. The vehicle did not fail the inspection, the warranty given was on listed parts...

those were stated on the contract. Services always belongs to customers especially the ones are recommended. The vehicle is a 2002 and has over 150,000 miles. I am responsible from the missing pins, we have offered them to stop by so that we can put those and verify the brake problem and try to help them. They refused it. I will definitely not reimburse a private mechanicshops recomendation. They are more than welcomed to bring the car so that we can help them to save money.[redacted] Owner.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,THIS CUSTOMER TRIED 3 TIMES TO CHARGE BACK THIS WARRANTY MONEY, HE LOST ON ALL 3 CASES, THE THINKS HE DID ON HIS CAR WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE, ARE ALL SERVICES BRAKES, TIRES, BULBS, ETC.. WARRANTY CONTRACT STATES CLEARLY WHAT COVERED. IT IS A 13 YEARS OLD CAR IN GOOD MECHANICAL...

CONDITION.  HE FORGED THE CREDIT CARD SLIP AND WROTE ON IT WORD SAYING I DID I HAVE THE ORIGINAL COPIES, HIS EXCUSE HE DID NOT READ THE CONTRACT!!!. A VERY EDUCATED GUY LIKE HIM. THE CONTRACT STATES HOW TO CANCEL AND GET A REFUND, INSTEAD OF GOING THAT WAY, HE KEPT TRYING CHARGE BACK. HE KNOWS HE WILL STILL KEEP THE WARRANTY AND TAKE THE MONEY FROM ME, SNICKY .... YES I AM ASHAMED TO HAVE A PERSON FROM MY RELIGION LYING. HE IS DISGRACE TO MY BELIEFS.TY[redacted] ###-###-#### CELLI HAVE MORE DOCUMENTS TO SEND BUT YOUR SITE DID ALLOW ONLY 4..
