I am rejecting this response because: I have a list of what is wrong with the vehicle and have been advised that it should of never passed inspectionI am a single mother living on a fixed income and I have already put over $4,in the vehicle since I bought it in FebruaryI also did try to use the warranty to remedy some of the issues with the vehicle and it was denied for no valid reasonI have been advised that it will cost another $2,to now get this vehicle fixed with everything that has been wrong with the vehicle since I bought itAny reasonable sales shop would try to help remedy some of the problems if not all of the problems that were existing when the vehicle was bought Just maybe this business shouldn't be in operation since they feel that it's okay to sell a vehicle to a single mother with four children that should not even be driven due to the issues on the vehicle

This is a year old SUV they are sold AS IS and the SUV did not had any problem when we sold itThe customer drove this SUV from DC to NCWe did offer to help fix the SUV in Shop close to us not NC sorryThank you

This car is sold AS IS from H&R Auto and we gave paper work to show itOnce we sell the car the new owner has to take care of the carIf the car has warranty from 3rd party its between the customer and the warranty companyThank you for your timeIf you need more infofrom us

I am sorry to say this but its not our fault that you are single mother. We are in VA and the car is VA inspected not ANY OTHER STATE!! We can help you fix this car if you need help but you need to call us not Revdex.com..Hello. Bring me the bill for MD state and WE can fix it 50/50. Call us [redacted].

H&R Auto sells all the cars AS IS since we do not have any repair shop. We do have paper work to show that. However she had warranty for 3 months from a nationwide company which she did not use. This is a 9 year old SUV with a lot of miles.....

We sold this SUV AS IS since its a old SUV.  How ever he did not wanted to get the car fix.  We give him a  loaner car and we towed his car to be fixed. But he showed up here in the dealership and called the police on us.  The police asked him to leave the lot.  The deposit...

he give us was NON refundable and we do have paper work to show it.  
He did give us $2000 Non refundable deposit and we did refunded $800 to him on 3/18/14 with Check #[redacted] as a good fiat.  We did not had to refund any thing to him that is what he signed for..  We have all the paper work if you need and so dose he.

Review: This company sold me a lemon on 2/14/2014 on 2/17/2014 the car broke down and had to be towed to my home then from my home to their shop at this time it was said the transmission was out. After speaking with the owner [redacted] who was very unprofessional to the point that he called me stupid and said my wife had a big mouth because we expressed our concerns he then told us he did not want to do business with us took back the loner car he gave us the police had to come out [redacted] informed both the officers that we took badge numbers and info on that we had no contract with him and he no longer wanted to do business with us and at the time we still had a contract he later called the bank and had the loan canceled. Which we were fine with after all the drama and bad business because he took back the signed contract he made it non and void out of my 2000$ deposit he only returned 800$ stating that he had to buy an auto warranty that he never produce paper work for and for a car I no longer had in my possession nor did I have a contract for nor any responsibility for any thing concerning the car that he himself canceled any agreement that was made.Desired Settlement: This company broke their contract I have a letter from the bank stating that the dealer canceled the contract with that being said the company has no rights to my money there was no service render and they canceled their own contract which voids any agreement that was made.

We sold this SUV AS IS since its a old SUV. How ever he did not wanted to get the car fix. We give him a loaner car and we towed his car to be fixed. But he showed up here in the dealership and called the police on us. The police asked him to leave the lot. The deposit he give us was NON refundable and we do have paper work to show it.

Review: In February of this year, I purchased a 2005 [redacted] from H & R Auto. The first thing was that I was told the purchase price was $5,900.00 but I noticed after I signed paperwork that the purchase price was $8,332.91 and I realized that was my fault for not reading paperwork over before signing. After getting vehicle home I noticed rear end was acting funny so I grabbed the warranty papers and realized the warranty was not even on my vehicle it was on someone else's so I called H & R Auto and they said they would get it fixed, I had to call them numerous times to find out if it was taken care of. Once it was I took it to [redacted] to have it checked out , they then called me to tell me that they thought the rear end was going out and also advised me that the control arm was broke as well as one strut was completely broke and the other leaking( of which they said the vehicle should of never passed state inspection in VA). They also advised me that the warranty company wanted the ear end taken apart and that the warranty company would not cover the full amount of hourly labor and if it was not in bad enough shape that I would be responsible for paying for all of the labor and putting it back together. I advised them that I would find another shop that would take the warranty companies hourly rate. I then called [redacted] at H & R to advise them of the other repairs that I felt should of been taken care of before I bought the vehicle, He then proceeded to tell me I signed a document at closing stating that I would pay half of any repairs of which I never signed, he then asked me to drive two hours back to them so he could have his shop check it out. The only thing they checked out was the rear end and his shop said it was the bearings, not sure how he knew that as he didn't take it apart, [redacted] also tried to get me to sign that document and I refused to sign it after the fact. All I wanted them to do at that point was pay for half of the parts (250.00 of 500.00) to fix the front of the truck as I had someone who was going to fix it for me even though I knew the right thing would of been for them to completely fix the truck. [redacted] also advised me he would give me the number of the warranty companys owners son who would help me get the rear end fixed and taken care of under warranty. During all of this process my temp tag expired and I had to keep calling them to get the 30 day tag for md as well as the check to cover the cost of the full year tag. I then finally got a number and got a hold of the warranty companys son. He then advised me of two shops in my area that would take the warranty. I got an appointment with [redacted] and took it to them. [redacted] took the rear end apart and adjustor came out and they have denied the claim to fix it. They advised me that since it was diagnosed at another shop they would not cover it. Rosa at H & R advised me they would get it take care if I aid the payment as I hadn't paid the payment due to not knowing how much money I was going to have to put out to get my truck back. So on her word I paid the payment and now the excuse I am getting from H & R Auto is that I took it to another shop and that it was too long of a period in between the two shops and that my warranty expired three days after the shop file the claim for repair. The warranty company said that I needed to go back to H & R Auto and get them to help out with this problem. Of which again I am not getting any answers or help with anything. Now my truck has been in the shop for three weeks, I have no other vehicle and I don't know what to do to get this all taken care of. I feel that I have gotten the short end of the stick on this deal. I have four young children and my only income is child support and they saw the perfect opportunity to take advantage of a single woman.Desired Settlement: I would hope that they would see they were liable to at least help with getting everything resolved. They sold me a vehicle that needed repairs and they have not really helped with anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated at this point. Ultimately I would like for them to be responsible for selling a vehicle that needed repairs. I am not asking for a handout just that they taking responsibility for their part.
