I am rejecting this response because:
There was no way to know if the vehicle was having additional problems because they had tampered with the check engine light and I also have proof of that because the facing it's cracked indicating that they had cracked it trying to get to the check engine light and it wasn't cracked before I had takin it to there shop, these guys are crooks!

To whom this may concern, On April 27, 2016, this customer came by the shop to deal with a couple of issues with his vehicle. In order to fix some of the issues, we diagnosed the vehicle, we replaced the head gasket, spark plugs, thermostat, and radiator hose. The customer left with no complaints....

Unlike what he indicated in his complaint letter to the Revdex.com, he did not contact our shop nor did he come by. There is no documentation or paperwork indicating that he came by the shop again attempting to address his concerns. However, 11 months later, he contacted our shop through the Revdex.com with this complaint that our shop is liable for damages regarding his vehicle. We only warranty the jobs done at our shop. Our shop only warranties the work performed on a vehicle for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. When this customer came to our shop and left the shop, he was at 158,155 miles. The customer's complaint record indicates that he is at 193,784 miles, which is 35,629 miles after the original mileage. They exceeded our warranty coverage and we are not liable for this customer's negligence of their vehicle. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
