Don't call anybody else - H & R Plumbing is the bestI am an actual person not affiliated with this company in any wayI had "black stuff" appearing in my water, sticking to cups, dishes, etcDid some research, figured out it was likely disintegrating rubber from my water lines and/or expansion tankFirst called [redacted] plumbing to fix itFirst visit, the guy told me I was wrong and suggested the only fix is a $complete softener and filtration systemSecond visit (I requested another person) the guy agreed it was probably disintegrating rubber, but also pushed the $filtration system, plus new lines under the sink, pressure gauge, quarter turns, etcSomething didn't seem right about these guys, so I asked a friend for a recommendationShe recommended Hershel / Hershel Jrwith H & R PlumbingThe guys came were just out, replaced the expansion tank (which was definitely bad) and also two lines into the water heaterTotal price (parts and labor), only $Problem solvedI also asked about a filtration system / softener - whether or not they think it is necessaryThey actually recommended against itOverall, big thumbs up from me

I have used Mr. [redacted] for many years. I am very happy with his services, he is always prompt and always charges a fair price. I call him every time. I live in a different county and he doesn't mind the drive and taking care of our plumbing needs.

I WILL NEVER CALL ANYONE BUT H&R BACKHOE & PLUMBING!! They are good and honest people! We were given a bid of $1500 from another business to fix our clogged sink and replace a leaking pipe! H&R came out unclogged our sink and told us there were no leaks under the house as claimed by the previous business! $80 and my sink is unclogged!! Thank you for your honesty and integrity!!

Don't call anybody else - H & R Plumbing is the best. I am an actual person not affiliated with this company in any way. I had "black stuff" appearing in my water, sticking to cups, dishes, etc. Did some research, figured out it was likely disintegrating rubber from my water lines and/or expansion tank. First called [redacted] plumbing to fix it. First visit, the guy told me I was wrong and suggested the only fix is a $5000 complete softener and filtration system. Second visit (I requested another person) the guy agreed it was probably disintegrating rubber, but also pushed the $5000 filtration system, plus new lines under the sink, pressure gauge, quarter turns, etc.. Something didn't seem right about these guys, so I asked a friend for a recommendation. She recommended Hershel / Hershel Jr. with H & R Plumbing. The guys came were just out, replaced the expansion tank (which was definitely bad) and also two lines into the water heater. Total price (parts and labor), only $150. Problem solved. I also asked about a filtration system / softener - whether or not they think it is necessary. They actually recommended against it. Overall, big thumbs up from me.
