Business return - last yrs return would not open - had to get tek support - still a number of more issues - k1's would not print - had to re-enter all my data to get it to work.
Personal return k1's dropped one k1 had to re-enter data - finally was able to file my return but my info on blocks software was still wrong - I did an update and then it was correct. Could not import data from brokerage account - was told they didn't support it anymore! not happy with Block every year major issue!

H&R BLOCK SCREWED UP MY2020, 2021, AND THE AMENDED 2021. I HAVE TONS OF EMAILS AND RECEIPTS FROM THEM. NOW THE IRS SAYS I OWE THEM MONEY! I NEED HELP REAL BAD BUT I CANT DRIVE TO FAR. IF ANYONE HAS A HEARTY PLEASE HELP ME GET THESE TAXES STRASIGHTENED OUT.

went to crosby to file taxes, and im a single mother of 3 boys. I told tax pro that filed my taxes I didnt receive any child tax credit payments and she made an error and said I did and I didnt get any of the money thats rightfully mine bc I take care and have primary custody of all 3 of my kids. and when I also called cooperate district manager the 1st time to complain of the horrible And rude service I stated she said and make the wrong choice on my taxes, and when I stated I wanted it to be corrected and my fees paid back and my taxes fixed I was issued barely a partial payment of the fees I paid for her to do my taxes incorrectly, im out almost $10,000 for my child tax credit payments I never got in 2021, or on my return in 2022 and they are refusing to stand by the extra protection plan and peace of mind I paid for. the check they issued wasnt even the full amount and its a check that cant be cashed after numerous times to a bank, mobile app, even a h & r block walk in visit in mont belvieu texas and they wont give me any money or refund of the fees, or even a call back ever! they dont stand by their word and they have u pay for the most poorest service that is only a guarantee u will loose over $10,000 in money and not fix their problems within the time frame on the guarantees so that way they dont have to pay the $10,000 reinstatement fee or refund of the tax pro fees etc. now me and my 3 young sons are in a hotel and I have no money for a home for us. I counted on that money to restart me and my sons lives again after being victims of physical abuse and we were gonna use that money for our escape plan. now im fixing to be homeless with 3 young boys and no help for the extra guarantee I paid to h & r block and she got me screwed out of the most important $10,000 we desperatley need
