To Whom it may concern,This is to inform you that all issues Ms H [redacted] R [redacted] made her complaint about have been addressed.There is no mold in bathroom on ceiling or vent anywhereThe spots she saw on vent were cause by steam from shower going thru the exhaust vent and causing a little mildew build up.Our head of maintenance took it upon himself to personally clean the vent and to treat it, then he painted it.The ceiling had no stain at all on it.The hallway bathroom.He could find nothing wrong with the hallway bathroom.We try to treat each tenant with respectI personally spoke with all maintenance and no one laughed at her.Ms R [redacted] knows, she has to come into office or call office to place work ordersNo such work order has ever been placedPlease see attached document
