To whom it may concern,On July 2nd *** *** came into the store to buy a used refrigerator after going back and forth about the price and leaving the store to go shop around for a more affordable refrigeratorLater that same day she made up her mind and bought the used refrigerator at a
cheaper cost, because the salesman give her a store discount.On July 3rd the used refrigerator was delievered to her apartment and the refrigerators was in good working orderOn August 9th 2016, *** called the store stating the refrigerator is not working, so as we always do we send out our certified technician to see what's wrong with the refrigeratorAs the technician was about to enter the property, *** refused the technician entrée to see what was the problem of the refrigeratorAt this time the store time and technician time was wasted and nothing was repaired or overlooked atAfter, repeated calls to the store herassing the store employees to send another refrigeratorWe decided to replace her refrigerator without any hassle and we gave her an extended one month warrenty to her current warrenty to in place with refrigeratorFrom the day of the replacement refrigerator was deliveredOn August 15th the second refrigerator was in good working order and tested and it was even a more pricey unit and a lot bigger then what she chosenThe day after the replacement refrigerator *** then began saying that the refrigerator is not working and once again called us liars and wanted to be compensated for her spoiled goods and time and stressed we have caused her.In conclusion, in my case she repeated lost sales in the store for her unseemly outburst and foul reaction on the phone and once again refusing to have the refrigerator checked by our technicianHelp cope with her supposed distressed we gave a final ultimatum and we told her that our policy states no money defuned and we do give store credit, going forward to not have any further issues we decided to refund her the money she spent for the used refrigerator a total of $and take back our refrigerator back to the storeShe than became very upset and insulted, used derogatory language towards are delievery personal and called the store threatening to beat up the store delievery personalNot only that using abusive behavior and kept the original invoice.As this all unfolds we do our best to give the best customer service experience and we always maintained a good rating with any customer that has shopped with us in the past.Best Regards,Owner of Company8/16/
