I need some renewals in Illinois/Wisconsin! Florida would be great too Robert! I miss you guys! Mr. High Maintenance Muhammad Saule...

Review: This print company did not fulfill on two promises: (1) HR Graphics promises category exclusivity -- we have in writing that we would be the only orthodontist to advertise on book covers and school folders, but the printed samples show just two advertisers, both of whom are orthodontists. (2) HR Graphics did not provide proof that they printed both items on which we purchased advertising to support our local school. We were told our ad would appear on book covers and folders, but only received a sample of the book covers. We made several calls to inquire about this, sent a formal letter and made follow up calls. Each time a receptionist takes a message and says the owner will call us. He never has called.Desired Settlement: Understanding that the company has at least provided some of what was promised (our ad was printed on one of two items), and that you cannot take back what has already been printed, we feel a fair offer would be for the business to provide a no-cost advertising placement in another school in our area.

Mark..My company has used HR Graphics for 26 years to print folders for my Family Parish... it sounds as if this is what you wanted to do for your Parish. Why are you writing such lengthy complaints regarding HR Graphics when all you had to do is just submit what you want to write on the the folder letting everybody know that you've provided this to the church! The sales rep are seasoned professionals that would have helped you with different ideas of presenting a year business on the folder instead you want to play with the livelihood of everybody involved at HR Graphics by accusing them of being thieves...underhanded... etc HR Graphics is a family-owned business providing services to thousands of schools throughout the country with many satisfied advertisers printed on the materials. It's businesses in people like you that are taking out the smaller family-owned businesses in this country! Your complaints are unwarranted unacceptable and unexcusable... it's obvious you were doing this not for your Parish instead you're doing this only satisfy your selfish ego... I doubt there's enough room on any of the materials printed to satisfy your ego and self-righteous ways. God Bless You Mark!

Review: I personally inquired about pricing on folders for our schools religious enducation program. I wanted my company to sponsor a folder and my business was going to pay for it. I was then told that they send a representative out to solicit area businesses and different businesses pay for the folders by advertising. I told her I wanted to just get them printed with my company information only. I then told the company that I was not interested and that was it. (or so I thought) The company sent a rep to Celina and the rep was told no by our coordinator of religious education. The rep was supposed to contact me personally and never once did. I wanted her information so I could tell her no AGAIN. She apparently went to different businesses without proper authorization and solicited money from them to pay for folders. Out of the blue today we received a box of folders with a generic design that those companies paid for. After being told no by at least 3 different people, this company went ahead and solicted businesses. This is a very unethical company.Desired Settlement: I want this company to refund the money that area businesses paid. These folders were never approved and the company printed what they wanted. The integrity of our school was put at risk in our small community by this unethical company. These businesses were mislead and want them to refund all of the money that was paid.

Response:

Back in August 2013, I received a call from [redacted] representing himself from [redacted] Religious Education Office. He was calling asking about receiving folders for the religious Education Office and question how much they would cost. I explained that our folders are free of charge to schools as well as religious education programs because our folders are sponsored by local businesses in the area. I explained that we do all of the legwork to gather the support, an area representative would do that and then we get the items printed and shipped free of charge. I offered to send a rep to the church office to meet with him to get the ball rolling and he said that he doesn’t work at the church, that he had a full time job, and said that it would be hard to coordinate meeting with a rep. I then offered to have the rep get started on the legwork, offering the same businesses that helped support the [redacted] School folders (being that we printed them for the school in the past), and that we didn’t necessarily need to meet with him. I said that if he would be able to think of any additional names of businesses that he would suggest that we contact, I offered him my email address and said that he could email me any additional contacts and we would give them an opportunity to advertise with us if they would like to. We never received any additional names from him, which didn’t come as a surprise because a lot of people want things for free but don’t want to put much effort into getting them. Several days later, we had a rep from our company start soliciting on behalf of the religious education office for folders. While she was in Celina working, she stopped at the [redacted] School office and thought that if they were also in need of more folders, she could kill two birds with one stone and get their folders done again at that time. But after meeting with the school principal, our rep was informed that they still had an abundant supply of folders from the last order that we printed and was not in need of more. So our rep continued to solicit businesses in the Celina, OH area on behalf of the religious Education Office. ON Mon. Oct 21, 2103 when [redacted] contacted our office after receiving the folders and basically said that he never had that previous conversation with me (calling me a liar) I explained that H.R. Graphics, Inc. FORTUNATELY records all incoming and outgoing telephone conversations (basically for training purposes) and said that I would be more than happy to provide that conversation to him, but I said that in order for me to request the telephone conversation from our IT person, I would need to provide them with the telephone number that he called in from, (that is how we pull the recorded conversations) After explaining that to him and asking what number he called in from, in order to request the conversation, Mr. [redacted] hung up on me and we never heard back from him again (until receiving this letter). H.R. Graphics, Inc. is a very reputable company and has been providing our services free to schools and churches all over the US for over 25 years. If a phone number can be provided from Mr. [redacted], I would be more than happy to provide the conversation between he and I from August, backing up MY STORY! At this point, H.R. Graphics, Inc. provided what we promised to provide, personalized Religious Education Folders free of charge through the support of local businesses with in the community.

OMG! Mark you throw out names and words as if you know personally the professional and very nice people at HR Graphics. You must have been very spoiled as a child because your attitude mentality is focused and only you you don't call somebody a liar

Review: I ordered services with H.R. Graphics, Inc. on 11/14/2012 (today's date is 4/11/2013). It was for advertising on a High School Book cover. I have NOT received anything from this company. I have called at least 15 times and keep getting promised I will get to see a copy of the book cover. At the current time the High School "[redacted] High" still has NOT received any book cover's. When I call to try and speak with the owner I get the run around and they will NOT even give me his name. My Sales person was a Mrs. [redacted]. I have left messages for her as well and she has NOT called me back!!! I was promised the world by their rep "[redacted]" and have received NOTHING not even a call back!!!!We are a small Hair Salon, new to the area. So when Mrs. [redacted] came in and told me how great the advertising would be I placed my order and sent a check right away. This was a lot of money for us to spend in this economy and times are hard.Desired Settlement: I would like my $389 back that I sent to this company within a week of our contract dated 11/14/2012.
