I have contacted the business five times regarding my issue on the following dates: 10/31/16, 11/9/16,11/4/16,12/12/16,1/2/17. I also let them know if I did not hear back I be going to the Revdex.com regarding my issue. This is terrible customer service for an issue I emailed about over 3 months ago.
While I did receive an email letting me know that the Cherry Hill location manager would be in touch with me, he never did contact me. I
reached out to ChickFilA about this on Nov 9, Nov 14, and Dec 12th to the email address which contacted me but never once received any reply or update or further help. I am really disappointed that it is getting ignored and would really like some sort of acknowledgement especially from the manager there as I was promised. It is getting a little ridiculous. Since I had written about this incident I also had another incident last week where while using the drive through I was given the completely wrong order ( I had ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, and only received one sandwich and it wasn't the spicy sandwich deluxe I ordered and the rest of my order was missing meaning they handed me someone else's).

I recently came here today to get 3 grilled Chicken sandwiches. Two on biscuits and one on a bagel but when we got them later we saw that the order was incorrect and we had received the wrong items. Also while we were there one of the employees gave us a hard time and was very rude when we tried to buy 3 calendar cards and we even said we wanted to buy. And she said they were free and we said we knew that we were of course going to pay for them and the way she treated us was very disrespectful as if we were there trying to get free items when it is a known fact you have to buy calendar cards. She was hostile for no reason. It was not an enjoyable experience between her attitude and getting the wrong order, which we didn't realize until later as we were in a hurry to leave because of the rudeness of the employee. We also didn't want to go back after the way she treated us.

As you can see this is two misses at the same restaurant and their failure to contact me, even after telling me they would and then ignoring all further communication is very unprofessional.
