Review: This letter is in reference to the work done at the [redacted] home located on You made a service call on November 22nd to spray and place bait at our home. The appointment was finally made after numerous attempts to get you here. You completely forgot about your appointment with us one day and didn't remember until I called you. You are always late for your appointments and you never have the decency to call to say you are running late.

I called you before Christmas to notify you of mice problems inside the house. You assured me that since the bait had been eaten it was doing the job and I shouldn't have anymore problem. I took you at your word. The first week in January I found evidence of more mice being inside my home. Upon calling you and leaving a message advising you that I needed more bait placed inside my home we set up an appointment, Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 10 am, when you called me back on the following day. On Thursday (1/08/15) at 11 am I called you to see if you were still planning on coming. You informed me that you were having problems with a hose on your van, was in the process of switching equipment to another vehicle and rescheduled my appointment for 1 pm the same day. You should have contacted your client and advised them of the problems you were experiencing instead of having them contact you. I changed my schedule to be here for our appointment at 1 pm. You never showed up or called to say you were not going to be able to make the appointment. I decided to not call you and see how long it would take you to acknowledge the missed appointment and reschedule. I did not hear anything from you on Friday. January 9th. As of Wednesday, January 28, 2015 you have made no attempt to contact me to reschedule your missed appointment. This is a very poor and unacceptable way to run a business.

Due to the inconvenience of you having to reschedule appointments, always being late and the customer having to call you instead of you contacting the customer I believe I am

entitled to a refund of my $90 payment to you in November 2014. The treatment obviously did not work this time because I continued to have problems afterward. The first two treatments were successful in October 2013 and April 2014 but I still had to put up with you being late or rescheduling appointments.
