Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the waterworks company is lying about the utc regulators. for years my bill runs about $45.00 dollars a month. only when I owned a pool once that my water bill was high. and I understood those reasons and I paid with no problems. now my household is one person shy from 5 to four (a death in the family) and we have water efficient washer. our bill should've been even lower. they are lyers. they are not regulated. they are the ones that do that kind of bull to their customers.Sincerely,[redacted]

We are regulated by the state Utility and Transportation Commission; the UTC sets company rates, terms and conditions of tariffs, and business practices and customer service requirements. If the customer would like to file a complaint regarding water service charges, they need to...
