I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The work as not been verified by my own mechanic While the light is now off I cannot confirm or deny whether it was done properly Once verified I will notify H & S motors However, my dissatisfaction with the dealer is more than the one part The dealer repeatedly failed to communicate the issues, update me on progress, broke promise of returning my truck to me, ignored my requests to return my truck, and somehow used a half a tank of gas while the truck was under their careThe only time they responded to my emails was when I noted that I would write my representatives in government to complain about them and then later when I filed my complaint with Revdex.com Frankly, their service sucks It should not take three weeks to fix an ABS control module I can only speculate, but it appears that they were trying to cuts costs by going to junkyards for parts I understand that they are in business, but the particular model has a bad history of ABS control modules A simple examination on the internet would have informed them to skip the junkyards as there is a high probability of bad ABS control module parts taken from junked vehicles JUST TO BE CLEAR - verification that the part replacement was done correctly has not yet been verified Service was bad Communications from the company were impossibly BAD should they dispute that I have email record of what I sent to them without responses They literally promised in emailed that they would get my truck to me one night and didn't get the truck to me They didn't notify me of any problems with shop being closed until AFTER I filed complaint with Revdex.com While I might be able to get mechanic to verify work was done I don't expect to ever give them a high grade on communication skills Moreover, I am deaf and I simply asked them to write things down They did that until they had my cash After that I had to constantly remind them to write things down Sometimes they did Other times they just kept talking at me Don't they have any idea just how crazy it is to keep talking at a Deaf person? Revdex.com spoke to Harry at business and the following was relayed: The customer came her with complaint of temperature gauge jumping aroundI sent out to my mechanic, he replaced the temperature gauge under the hoodShe picked up the car and the temperature was reported as goodThe customer did have another issue with the engine light being on which came back as a cylinder misfireI couldn't schedule the repair at that time but did offer to replace the plugs and wires at no cost to the customerShe was supposed to call me back to scheduleI received a call from her husband that they had brought the car to a 2nd mechanic and he stated that they needed the motor replaced at a cost of $2,I told him that we had tested the head gasket and the motor was not the issue as it was not overheatingHe wanted me to approve the $2,motor replacement and I wanted confirmation that the motor needed to be replacedThe customer was not willing to have my mechanic test again so I offered to have [redacted] diagnose the issue as a neutral 3rd partyIf the motor was the issue, I agreed to pay for the diagnosis charge but if the issue was that it was not the motor and needed plugs and wires then the customer was responsible for the diagnosis [redacted] 's confirmed that the plugs and wires were the issue and the motor did not need to be replacedThey did find a broken sway bar link which could have occurred at any time that I offered to replaceI am still willing to replace the plugs and wires with my mechanic

Harry called to respondHe stated: We towed the vehicle in, when it was already beyond warranty, and we towed it because it stopped runningWhen we got it back to the shop it is out of gasWhen we put gas in it, it works fineShe's been driving it since and had no further complaintsWe returned it to her with "no bill" I believe this complaint is resolved

The car is driving every day as I have a tracker, to catch the license plate on the vehicle, and I know she is driving it every dayShe he has not made a payment, therefore she has not brought it back in to be looked atShe owes the payments, regardless if the vehicle is working or notI cannot fix it if she does not bring it inShe got her day warranty and she already admitted that it has been beyond months

Consumer filed another complaint after it closed assumed resolved first time: I got in touch with u guys and the owner of the car told y'all that he fix my car but he lied my car is not fix and he want to take my car back being that I will not give him another payment because my car is not fix and I lost my job and was homeless for over three weeks cause I couldn't pay my bills do to I got fired from my job that was my only transportation to get back and forward to work my car is still over heating I did take it to him several times and he said he had fix it and I came back with in the next week and told him that the problem was not fix and he did bill me for Wat work he did on my car and I don't feel if I have to pay to get my car fix I shouldn't have to pay him the rest of Wat I owe him just for one piece that I need cost dollars that's not even for them to fix it then the other patriots I haven't had my car more the months I shouldn't be going through this when I spent my hard earned money on this car and I can't drive it can't take my kids no we're cause I scared It might stop on me and somebody might run into the back of me Translate Desired Resolution / Outcome Desired Resolution: Refund select Desired Outcome: Fix my car or I don't pay another dime to him and I will fix my car myslf

I ordered 2 different used pumps, both turned out to be bad. I ordered a brand new pump from the dealer, $800. It was a special order...

and took time to arrive. This is resolved.

I couldn't schedule the repair at that time but did offer to replace the plugs and wires at no cost to the customer. She was supposed to call me back to schedule. I received a call from her husband that they had brought the car to a 2nd mechanic and he stated that they needed the motor replaced at a cost of $2,100. I told him that we had tested the head gasket and the motor was not the issue as it was not overheating. He wanted me to approve the $2,100 motor replacement and I wanted confirmation that the motor needed to be replaced. The customer was not willing to have my mechanic test again so I offered to have [redacted] diagnose the issue as a neutral 3rd party. If the motor was the issue, I agreed to pay for the diagnosis charge but if the issue was that it was not the motor and needed plugs and wires then the customer was responsible for the diagnosis. [redacted]'s confirmed that the plugs and wires were the issue and the motor did not need to be replaced. They did find a broken sway bar link which could have occurred at any time that I offered to replace. I am still willing to replace the plugs and wires with my mechanic.
