[redacted] has serviced his vehicle with us for major repairs going back to mid-2015, his vehicle has over 119,miles and is used for livery service He had major suspension work completed earlier this month, and the concerns he is requesting addressed recently are not suspension related We normally charge a diagnostic fee to determine what exactly is needed; if the repair is completed with our dealership at time of diagnosis, the fee is waived [redacted] reuglarly comes in without an appointment and we always do our best to accommodate customers

We have been in communication with [redacted], and she has been accommodated everytime she comes in. She works directly with the Customer Experience Manager, Cherise D[redacted], each time she comes in. The concern [redacted] is speaking of involves the CUE system of the dashboard. In...
September 2015, the concern was identified and corrected, in Feburary 2016 the error happened again, and the entire system was replaced. We will immediately address the concern, however loaner vehicles, are often times, overbooked and in limited supply. We can immediately address the concern of the vehicle. Our Customer Service Manager, Cherise D[redacted], is working out arrangements with [redacted] today.
