H STREET COUNTRY CLUB

Review: I really don't appreciate the way my friends and I were treated by the bar staff at this establishment. The manager who refused to give me his name but I was told be other staff member that his name was "[redacted]", completely disrespected and insulted us. Our bar tab totaled $102, we paid by credit card but tipped in cash. One bartender came and picked up the cash but left the credit card receipt. "[redacted]", who did not serve us anything the entire night, came and picked up the credit card receipt. He then insulted us by saying that we did not tip and "they don't work for free. The door is right is right there and we can leave." I am completely disgusted with his lack of professionalism and his negative comments towards us. I feel like his assumptions about us not tipping was both racial and stereotypical. I have never been more disrespected ever. When I asked to speak to a manager he told me that he was the manager. When I asked for his name he refused to tell me that information.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the total of our bill since obviously our business isn't appreciated by the manager.
