I have had multiple attempts at scheduling appointments with this company for a sprinkler system season start-upWe are new customers and have not even gotten to use the system yet because it was installed at the end of last seasonI called to schedule an appointment and couldn't get one for weeks out due to their busy schedule and the start of the summer season and because I was requesting either an evening appointment or a weekend appointmentSo, I agreed to an appointment two weeks out for a SaturdayThe Friday before the appointment I received a message saying that they had to cancel the appointment due to weather and that I needed to call back to rescheduleI called back and informed them that my appointment was actually in the afternoon and not the morning like they had said and that the weather didn't seem to be an issue for later in the dayThey informed me that they had me in the system for the early morning but that in fact all appointments were cancelled for that day d
Can't say enough about Keesen and their guysI requested a quote and James came out to help me get things goingI had the whole system installed less than a month after my request (and they had availability before that, I just couldn't do it)The guys came out and completed the job in less than hours for a system covering nearly 3,sqfeetJames was excellent to work with and made sure I was happy with the installation during and after the completion of the projectYou can tell these guys are pros and really know their stuffI had the Rachio system installed and it's so easy - I can control it from anywhere in the world with a wifi connectionThanks to James and the Keesen teamMuch appreciated
I am now hunting for a new sprinkler company after egregious service by Keesen Lawn Sprinker I left them with my credit card number to pay for turning on my sprinkler system and to add some rotors to reach areas of my lawn that were left dry with the current sprinklers They replaced 15!!!! heads, did not even turn on the sprinklers to my front side yard, left two heads weeping into my sidewalk and driveway, and have one sprinkler in the back yard liberally watering my fence All of this cost over $ I have called repeatedly and left email messages to no avail I did get one phone call late today after I called AGAIN to resolve this issue No one answered the phone when I returned the call This is NOT AN A+ COMPANY I will now see if I can find a reputable company that will rectify this situation
9/7/Keesen Lawn Sprinkler Installation,Incwas recommended to me by a mother who stated that her daughter and son-in-law were very satisfied with their system From the beginning I found the experience to be a very good one The sales person was prompt, and followed through with what he promised He shared with me what to expect as far as the installation would go, such as where pipes would go, the operating box, etc The installers were on time, professional, pleasant, and fun to tease with a bit They did a very neat job of installation The office lady who called requesting the down payment was very pleasant and helpful The post installation experience was equally a very good experience when the salesman came promptly, inspected everything, answered all my questions, and helped me set the system for two cycles to enable me to start a healing process for the lawn where the trenches had been dug for the sprinkler hoses I would rate my experience with stars Thank you Keesen for being people whose word can be counted on

James and his team did a fantastic job with both my sprinkler system install as well as new sodThey walked me through everything in the process, and have even continued to check up on my grass and sprinkler system settings since finishing the jobIt is clear they take good care of their customers and perform quality workHighly recommend

I selected Keesen to completely replace the very old irrigation system at my home in September They were the most expensive bid, but I felt like I could trust them to not only do a good job, but also to be there if/when problems aroseMy lawn is over 25,square feet, requiring zones of sprinklers (very big)The installation project was completed by a crew of respectful and professional individuals that I felt very comfortable having at our homeThey only used the highest quality parts and their processes ensured the least amount of damage to my existing lawnIt is now August and Keesen has had their technicians out to make repairs at least times following the initial installationThe repairs were not necessarily their fault, but more as a result of a patio renovation we did this springNonetheless, Keesen was out there within hours of my calls without hesitation or complaintThey repeatedly made the corrections/adjustments to the system making sure that my lawn, shrubs, and flower beds were being watered perfectlyThe owner of the company has been out nearly every time to ensure that his crew completed the work to his standardsThe new system has literally - and this is NOT an exaggeration - cut my water bill in halfAl, the owner, has been eager to earn our uncompromising satisfaction, even nearly a year after they installed the system and were paidI could not possibly be happier than I am with the choice I made to hire KeesenI recommended them to my neighbors and my family (both of whom has hired Keesen) and I would not hesitate for a second, if I were you...these are the guys, and this is the company you can trust to get the job done
