H Town Towing

Review: Htown towing towed my vehicle when I had proper permit visible in my window. Upon me going to pick my vehicle up from storage I phoned htown towing spoke with dispatcher who told me it was 10 at night no management is in to help resolve my concerns with my car bring improperly towed. He is just the dispatcher and cannot authorize my vehicle to be releasd without payment. Told me to call monday to speak with management regarding improper tow and reimbursement. Driver calldd tow facility when I was leaving spoke with enployee whom explained that the sticker was in the window at time of tow. Per employee driver said it was possible as he checked "only passenger side windows." Tow company refuse to reimburse me my money with employee saying sticker was there and dequides me to go to court and wait one month for deimburemnt .IDesired Settlement: I desire for the comapny to refund me 223 dollars.... for improper tow.

Review: My vehicle was towed from my residence this morning for "double parked". They said I was on the line. They also provided pictures. Not one picture showed my tire on the line. My apartment complex said in my less that they can tow for illegal parking. My car was not parked illegally. I was told by the complex that parking on a line is illegal. Thats incorrect. I can also provide pictures and a copy of my lease. I feel like I have been scammed. All of the pictures they took were on the opposite side of my car and all at an angle. None were straight on.Desired Settlement: A refund of my $313, also would like to stop this towing company from scamming people.

are usually taken from a side view to show the noticeable space. Ms. [redacted] option at this point is to file for the hearing. You may file a request for a tow hearing in any JP Court within the county where

the vehicle was towed, I've copied a list of the precinct below. We do apologize that we cannot give the response wanted

but strive to give the correct one.

The H Town towing still has not provided proof of any of my tires on or over the line. Taking a picture of a vehicle at an angle does not prove anything. I believe they intentionally take pictures at an angel to make money off people. My vehicle was not obstructing other vehicles from parking in the spaces on either side of my vehicle.
