We attempted an online business a couple years ago using MaxEbiz in conjunction with a drop shipper. The web site we received was a "cookie cutter" very similar to numerous others on line. Our real issue, however, was the quality of the site. We "upgraded" to a 1000 item "store" at a substantial cost. When I populated our site with products (jewelry) from our drop shipper, the same item would appear numerous times with the SKU and a description which did NOT include the size (rings). The only way a person could find their size was to open each image until they found it. We brought this to the attention of MaxEBiz; however, there was nothing they could/would do to fix it. The site provided was basically pretty useless. When we cancelled, we were advised there would be no refund/rebate of the upgrade since they had provided us with the increased number of products.
Run - don't walk - from these folks.
MaxEbiz is a total rip off they called and sold me a bill of goods and I fell for it I lost 199.99for services that they did not give and what services they did give we're terrible
You should not do business with this company under any condition .
