We purchased windows about two years ago from this companyThe windows are from a company called Vista windows, we have had many many proplems with themThe windows have been replaced but not in a timely mannerWe have had to wait months to get themWhen we got them replaced it was a matter of a couple weeks and we had problems with the newer onesOnce again we called and once again we would wait months to get the replacementsLong story short, we had the Rep here a few weeks ago and we discussed the problem, he said he would let us know if we could receive our money back for the windowsThe Rep said he would talk to his boss and get back with us in to hoursIt is now four weeks later and not a wordI am done with Pro Remodeling ,and their window suppler Vista Windows, but I am not done with getting my moneys worth with what I paid for new windowsThe quality of the windows are very bad, we have had mold in the inner windows, loose or very tight fitting windows, leaking windows and the filter in the windows continues to peel leaving spotty or cloudy windowWe were told from Pro Remodeling that we were getting a check and a letter, thinking it was going to be from Vista Windows, no, It was from Pro Remodeling for $and a letter that Vista will still warrant the windows or give them the windows backWhy would we want to keep horrible windows, we made it very clear we wanted our money back for the windows when we spoke to the Repthat came to our house and looked at the windows and in his own way agreed there was flaws in the windowsWe have been ignored by both companies in regards to the problemWe are one step away from small claims which I know they do not want, the Rep made that comment to usI am furious with the windows everyone has a problem that is noticeable I would rate this company below an F-
We are an A plus Revdex.com Rated Company doing business in the Chicago Area since We have spent nearly 4,000,on building material including roofing, siding and windows the pastthree years alone We are one hundred percent paid up with all of our vendors and suppliers including Vista Windows
With that said my experience with Vista Windows has been a total nightmare
Their service and accountability from the top down is the worst by far I have ever encountered They have absolutely no integrity, no sense of doing business the right way and quite frankly should be avoided at all costs by any prospective contractor or customer
Vista is aware of our project ongoing since February which has been fouled up since day and is still not resolved I have spoken to the company (Vista) several times including their CEO There is accountability on both my business and Vista and we satisfied our mutual customer percent by not charging her for a project that should have taken
