H. W. Asphalt

Our parking lot was paved by H.W.Asphalt, and when finished they left a large bolt sticking out of the cement barrier for the car tires to stop the car from going forwardthe car was parked there for a couple of months because the person who owns the car is in Canada, she will return the end of October I was taking care of her car and tried to move it one day and it got caught on the bolt that was not pounded in and it ripped half the bumper off I took pictures and called HW Asphalt starting on 8/and times afterI only talked to them once on a cell and after that they never answered the phone I found another phone # of theirs on their web page and called on 9/and spoke to a woman who said she would get back to me and never did I called back times and was never contacted We would like very much to get this issue resolved before she returns from Canada at the end of Octso she will have her to drive Thank you
