Upon going to Shear Essentials to receive a perm , she used 2 bottles of perm solution which dried my hair out terribly leaving me with a head of fuzz and not being able to do anything with it.  With me being a woman I would like to look nice to the point where I am not laughed at.  While...

she was rolling my hair in the curling rods she grabbed a strand of hair and pulled it right out of my head and then went on to say "she didn't feel that" and laughed , when yes I did feel it being plucked out of my scalp.   She replied back saying "I didn't feel it" of course she didn't feel it when it wasn't her head.  I received the perm on September 20th 2017 at approx 12:30 pm and she demanded cash.   She said that requests cash so that she doesn't have to pay state tax.   I have left her numerous text messages on her cell phone as she gave us her cell phone number asking if she would kindly give a refund back but still have heard nothing as todays date is September 25th 2017.   I am very disappointed in the perm that I got as I can NOT do anything with it at all.  I do not want another perm or her to fix it, I would just like my refund in full. Thank you![redacted]

metal blocks underneath there coated them with paint.  from there she said they started the rust. When we came to look we didn't see any rust. She removed the blocks or had somebody remove the blocks from there in the hot Sun they did save a lot and by time she called the lumber store it was weeks after they were saggin like that and had the lumber store come up and look at him of course it didn't look right and I have been in constant contact with her since then the issue has been settled and she's got new handrails thank you

Review: The contractor did not follow the proper installation instructions regarding a fiberon deck. The shoddy workmanship was extremely poor- the screws have been sheared off, wrong screws used or no screws at all. The deck platform did not have the crushed blocks to support the railing as specified with the material, thus the railing was sagging & nearly touching the deck. The contractor was called back & instead of putting the proper blocks in place -substituted metal which put too much wt. on the fiberon, tore the fiberon & started to rust the minute water hit the deck. The lumbar company, their distributor & manager along with an independent contractor were also shown pictures of this deplorable job. The independent contractor & an employee of the lumbar company did come to look at the deck, which everyone found not up to standard code.Desired Settlement: The contractor was given a chance to make this right & has been unsuccessful in his attempts to correct this poor workmanship. In fact, it just gets worse. Now I will have to find another contractor to redo this deck.
