Review: My order was placed on November 14, 2012. Today is November 26, 2012. They have not call me to inform me of any problems that they had with my order. I called them on different dates to inquire about my order. I was hung up on, and accused of using profanity towards them . I was denied to speak with a supervisor with my complaint. No one call me to inform me or to appologize about H&Y Electrical behaviors or the order I paid for through a friend. Each time I spoke to an associate ( [redacted] or somebody with the letter * in their name , they told me my order will be in my possession on several different dates. Today is 11/26/12 and I still don't have my order. And nobody has called me and explain nothing.Desired Settlement: If a problem occurs with someone's order then the business should call the customer and inform that person or what ever if any problems exist.
