H20 Jet Skis

Hey [redacted] I just got off the phone with you this is [redacted] with H2O JetSki rentals. Just responding to that claim number that I gave you. My responses exact same as the first time the customer came in with his son to rent two Jetskis filled out the paperwork all properly and went over damage report and he signed it and I have a copy of that also. When they returned the Jetskis there was a huge hole in the bottom right side . If that was a previous whole it never would've made it from the rentals that it had the morning of or the days before that it would've been sinking somewhere or flooded before what's that never has happened there was never water inside the ski before. He came up to the office paid with his credit card which he could've talk to me then if he didn't agree but he didn't say a word, i'm an easy-going person I could've worked them out a better deal if you would've spoke to me but that's what it cost when you damage the bottom of a brand-new Jet ski. People always leave a bad review when they don't want to confess up to their negligence of course I always have to be the bad guy but that's what happens when you run a business we run the right way we have plenty of good reviews all the bad reviews are for people who don't agree with their damage and the cost why should we lose out on money when it's other people's negligence makes no sense to me. They say they do not hit anything but when you're going 55 mph on water and you run over something in the middle of  the water sometimes you don't feel it that's part of it that's something you have to consider when you're filling out a paper work for a machine for a 18 year old to ride ,they're not toys. Hey [redacted], so basically family came in to my facility we rented out them a couple Jetske's him and his two sons we do everything procedure safety from top to bottom and we even go over damage report before they go out he signed it and there was no damage underneath the ski before he went out of...

course when he comes back his son go straight to the car there's a huge hole in the bottom of the ski. It's a brand-new ski maybe only has 150 hours on it. They obviously hit something that's key is never been hit before it was the size of almost a basketball not a grapefruit. My procedure is we charging for the time it's out of the water and for the labor I have a whole labor rate listed on the wall and for their information to ski still out of the water and it's been over three weeks now. I have plenty of pictures to show it it's in the middle been repaired I will send you pictures of that so you know. I think it's ridiculous people don't want to fess up to their actions and they want to cry to other companies to make other companies look bad when it's their fault their negligence the kid was 18 years old on a Jetski you obviously hit something and was scared to say something but of course his parents think he's being honest because kids never lie to their parents right LOL.  He definitely could've spoke to me and I could've try to work them out a better deal I'd rather have a happy customer than unhappy one we have great reviews and we are never here to rip people off I am just going to charge someone for the damage they do why should I have to pay for someone else's negligence and makes no sense.
