H2O Concepts International, Inc.

I have the H2O concept system that is in the garage and filters under the sink. Both were installed by the contractor sent by the company. I was told that I should not see line build up in my toilets, yet from the time of installation there has been a build up. I was also told that if the taste of the water was not pleasing to all family members, my spouse, that the salesman would buy us a stake dinner, load of crock. Not sure if the system is operating as it should.

My wife and I have been customers of H2O Concepts for over years now Recently, we decided to replace our older system with a new one The technician named Tom was absolutely perfect in what he does He was competent, courteous and thorough Shortly after buying the new system, we un-expectantly decided to sell our home We then began to work with Sherri the general manager Sherri went well above and beyond our expectations in her efforts to help us evaluate our best options for either taking our system with us or leaving it for the buyers!
We will now be buying our third filtration system from H2O Concepts and we will be life-long customers!

We recently had a water system installed by H2O ConceptsEveryone we dealt with at the company - including Sherri, the owner - was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professionalThe water system is so easy to operate and maintain...literally nothing to itThe quality of our water is great and we're happy we chose H2O Concepts

When they installed our system they had to modify the wall drain for the washing machine because that was where their system drains while the system is in cleaning mode The technician left and everything seemed good but the next morning my wife started some laundry and took the kids to school When she returned, the front of our house was flooded What happened was that the technician did not put the washing machine drain back when he was doneHe just pushed the washing machine back in and left the drain pipe hanging so it filled my house every time it drained I immediately called them and they sent out a couple of technicians Are you ready for this?! They blamed the flood on us I am not kidding! I have the paperwork to prove itThe technician was threatening to my wife and continued to bully her into signing a piece of paper that put the blame on us It says that WE did not install the washing machine drain properly.! It is a good thing my wife is a strong person She

I installed the HConcepts system in Chandler, Arizona with the intention (as described in their website, brochures, and commercials) that it will reduce/eliminate the hardness in the water to a point that you can drink the water from any faucet from your house It was a complete waste of a lot of moneyI paid more than $and it is one of the worst investments ever made They claim that with the electronics they would separate the hardness from the waterIt simply does not workYou end up having in your house the most expensive carbon water filter you will ever get (because the rest don't do anything meaningful) In the years I had the system I had to replace the dishwasher, always got stain in the dishes, had to do a major overhaul of a water heater, then replace the water heater Did many tests to the water and it always was as Hard as before I installed the system I remember the installers saying that I had to give it a few days for the electronics to work and that after that I would see notable improvements It never happened
Their sales person and advertisement will tell you that it has a 10yr warrantyWhen I contacted the company asking about the year warrantyHere was the answer: It only applies to the water tank Of course that tank will last forever, but the system does not workYour water will be the same
I installed the system thinking that I would save on the hassle of adding salt What a big mistake Please, save your moneyDo not purchase, install, or get convinced on this system It does not work I wish some organization could analyze their claims because it has to be on the border of what is not right

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish Both the sales rep and the installer were pleasant, knowledgable and well-trained No high pressure sales or add on costWe love the taste of our water and feel really good about the purchase of our H2O concept water system We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of their water softener and RO systems We are happy we made the call

Installed today Installer, John, very nice and provided an appropriate orientation to the mechanism

We purchased a system in August believing the benefits H2O alleged Shortly after the installation we began to have problems, drying skin, soap not lathering and dishes not cleaning in the dishwasher We now have replaced the system kissing our $investment down the drain and now have good water again The benefits they tout are bogus

I have only had the unit a couple of days and have already noticed the vast difference in the quality of the waterWish I had known about the H2O Concepts product

Serviceman to install product arrived on timeInstallation of unit was as promisedThe unit had to be hooked up to a preexisting kitchen bypassThis type of hook up was previously explained by the salesmanThe details of the reason for the hookup was further explained by the installation man in order for the unit to provide processed water to the entire houseArea was cleaned up and old unit removed from premise
Looking forward to NOT having to lug home salt and then lifting the lbsbag to load it into the old water softener

Purchased an H2O concepts unit years ago and it has performed flawlessly until we recently experienced a repair issue which was quickly and professionally resolved
Customer service was excellent
Overall, our unit has performed as advertised and marketedMy MasterCool swamp cooler pads have been in usage for years without replacementWithout the calcium buion the pads, I just clean the pads by using of a high pressure air compressorIn addition, my year old tankless water heater performs flawlessly thanks to the lack of calcium buiinside the tankless water heating chamber
In short, I am extremely happy ( stars) with our unit and the customer serviceIf our unit ever needs replacement, we will definitely purchase another H2O concepts residential water treatment system

8-3- I was trying to research their products and obtain price information, after seeing their TV promotion programMy current water conditioning system is aging and I wanted to get some information before actually needing oneNo price information was available online and an appointment was required (not the end of the world however) Upon her arrival, the sales rep told me she could not provide any price information without her because, I wouldn't know what my wife's concerns were regarding a water conditioning system (a poor assumption on her part) She said they have a sales policy that requires both spouses to be there, which seems like a hard sales tactic to me, (especially when the sales reptells you the price is only good for days) This type of policy may be in this business, but I have never purchased anything (even a home) which required me and my spouse to attend the first meetingI guess times are changing Needless to say, the meeting ended quite quickly

Less than a year after paying a lot of money for H2O Concept's glorified charcoal filter of coconut shells, I called them and asked them to buy back my unitI said I was not satisfied with the results of using it for almost a year and preferred softened water and reverse osmosis drinking waterThe H2O Concept's water still tested positive for a lot of dissolved solids which could be more than just harmless mineralsWhen asked what my problem was, I said the salesman implied that the hardness problem with my water would improve over time as the minerals were broken down and less damaging to my pipes and appliancesAfter buying a new dishwasher, I still had film on my dishes and silverware that I had to wipe off before I could use them
My answer from management was a flat out, 'we don't buy back our units'To me this spoke volumes about their own confidence in their systemLess than a year of life on a year tank and they didn't even want to make me a offer
My experience with the installation was a little strangeThe installer met me at the house before I had fully moved inSeeing the year old hot water heater, he asked if I needed a new oneI said, 'I don't know, I haven't even used this yet.' So he said he would check it outHe called me out of the house and said it wasn't working and had someone to replace it the next day for $I agreed since I knew I needed hot waterThe next morning, I checked the gas line to the house and it wasn't even turned onI turned it on and the hot water heater fired right upI canceled the new ($1000) hot water heater
Now the installer should have checked to see if gas was getting to the unit before trying to light itI just thought he was incompetent to not have done thatBut now with the current attitude of management for a dissatisfied customer, I don't knowWas he trying to sell me a over priced hot water heater?

This company is not honest, just look for a price!!
They wont' tell you until they can call you and bother you!
Someone who doesn't offer the price up front isn't honest!
They hand you a line of $%#* trying to come to your house and high pressure you,
make sure you ask about what happens in years
Then another $2,in costs on top of your 4-thousand up front
So the first years costs 400-per year then $per year after
A very costly expense that they DON'T WANT YOU TO CONSIDER !!!

H2O Concepts Waterr Treatment System was the best investment we ever madeIt is convenient, economical, healthy and refreshing to be able to drink from our own faucets from any roomWe no longer have the expense of bottled water!

Everything and everyone was excellent from the gentleman that came out and gave us his sales pitch to the guy that installed it

They were very good and professional in both the selling and installing on the system

The appointment was on timeH2O units installed at different locations closeby in a quick, efficient manner by Ken What more can I say I'll just wait to see how the performance goes, but goodbye to bags of salt forever

Our Phoenix water tasted terrible , until we purchased the H2O Concepts water systemWithin minutes our water tasted greatNo more dragging home big bottles of waterWe drink so much more water now, because it tastes so good My laundry no longer fades, and my crystal and glassware is spot freeI no longer use conditioner when I shampoo I cannot say enough about how much I love this systemIt was well worth the investment
