The absolute worst service in my years of eating outHad a table of people, we were served the wrong food, and in some cases never received the foodServed flat beer and when we asked to send it back we were told that they would have to charge half price for the beer sent back and then full price for the replacement beerAsked to speak with a manager and they referred me to the bartenderShe apologized but did not fix the problem of not receiving the food that we orderedWhen I asked to speak with the owner, he was sitting at the end of the bar drinking with his buddiesWhen I explained the situation to him he proceeded to make a scene in front of everyone having us raise our hands in front of everyone in the dining room if we received bad serviced or bad food! How embarrassing! Very unprofessionalIn the mean time the server proceeds to blame a year old boy in our group for accepting the wrong order that he was servedHe was so upset he would not eatWhen I asked the owner if we could get the food that we ordered because it was getting late and we needed to get home, at this point our service or the lack of had went on for over two hours and it was 9:30pm at nightSome of us just wanted to get home so we could get some sleep before we had to get up in the morning to get to workAfter requesting to get our food to go and our checks the owner proceeded to cuss and drop the "F" Bombs all the while poking me in the chestIt was like he wanted to fight meAll we wanted was our foodHe then takes it to another level by following me out to my car and taking pictures of my license plate and threatens to come to my place of employment to complainThis childish response was ridiculous and embarrassingI would never recommend to visit this establishment unless you want to have one of the worst experiences of your life! very upsettingI can only pray that this business closes soon or assumes new ownershipNo one should be treated this way!
