H2O-Matic designed/installed an elevated, hardscaped patio, with fire pit, retaining walls and accent lighting I am very meticulous, tough and frankly I expect a lot out of contractors H2O-Matic delivered and quite frankly exceeded my expectations in every possible way I started like most of you, researching on [redacted] and the Revdex.com H20-Matic checked out on all of those and I had the pleasure to speak with ***, the owner, who is very personable, likable and patient It's actually a bit disarming, how easy going [redacted] is and I have a hard time believing anyone could get him upset Design [redacted] was very helpful, thorough and patient [and let's be honest you have to be very patient to work with me on a project of this size] Usually, I know exactly what I want but this project had me baffled and I had the poor guy doing 20+ revisions I was being non-committal on materials, colors and the design but [redacted] did not lose patience once He was calm, knowledgable and completely reasonable at all times Construction Day [redacted] showed up with a crew of almost a dozen people, all of which were just as kind and nice as *** Once they got started, [redacted] turned over the construction to [redacted] , who is also very patient, listened to every question I asked, never hesitated once to make sure I was happy [redacted] bent over backwards, even as I nitpicked the details and he didn't once let it phase him Did I mention that I can be difficult? Foll Both [redacted] and [redacted] , followed up with me, even after the job was complete and they were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction I mean you can't ask for two nicer guys They worked some hard hours, dealt with constant questions and were strictly professional at all times I mean I pushed hard but all I ever got back was kindness, professionalism and a refusal to cut corners They take it seriously when they do a job, they want it to look right and are great partners If I had it to do over again; I would hire H20-Matic with no hesitations and coming from me that says a lot
